Benny Kim

COMMUNITY OPERATIONS

Benny has joined the MCJ team part-time to support members’ experience, onboarding, and our internal talent system.

In his full-time role, Benny is an Engagement Manager at ADL Ventures, driving the development of climatetech support infrastructure in New York (where he’s also based!). His prior experience includes leading dealflow with Elemental Excelerator in Honolulu, HI and fostering strategic partnerships for Greentown Labs in Somerville, MA.

Benny began his career as an engineer at Tank Utility and since then has dedicated himself to uplifting climate technology ventures. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Tufts University and a Masters in Innovation & Management from the Gordon Institute. In his free time, Benny trips over soccer balls, scours used bookstores for hot deals and works on perfecting his Korean bulgogi taco recipe. His mission is to empower those building and scaling climate solutions.
