Leone Baron

COMMUNITY LEAD

Leone serves as Community Lead at MCJ Collective. Her mission to better “connect the dots” of climate action, believing in the power of community and technology to do so. 

She was previously Community Lead at Low Carbon Business School, where she focused on developing tools to boost employee climate literacy. Leone previously worked as Product & Community Lead for a community of sustainable fashion professionals, and kicked off her career in climate as Sustainability Lead at a non-alcoholic drinks startup in the UK. Alongside her work at MCJ, Leone is the founder and editor of Following the Footprints, a platform guiding consumer goods companies to reduce their environmental impact.

Outside of work, Leone loves spending time outdoors and scouting (then trying!) interesting food and drink brands. Based in London, UK, she holds a BASc from University College London and was a previous recipient of the Sainsbury’s Management Fellows’ Engineers in Business award.
